Since you are a non psa member its is the autograph grade. The red flip is the slab they use for psa/dna cards where the autograph and card are reviewed. The blue flip they only review the autograph.
Thanks for the clarification! Initially I wanted a Blue slab, but I saw most HOF autographed RCs had red slabs so that's what I went with. Plus it ended up being $20 cheaper for the Red.

Had I known, I wish I would have held off for your group sub. Would have cost me a fraction of what I paid to submit it in person.
Ravi I was posting from my phone and didn't even see your post with the grade and seeing that you said you went with the red flip means the card is graded a 9.

FYI

IMO

a red flip Auto/PSA 9 is about a trazillion times better then a blue flip authentic

Talmer & E, thanks for the updates. I'm definitely glad I went with Red then.

Thanks, I found that out until yesterday when I added this card to my inventory.

I am currently the owner of the #1 finest (and the only) Mariano Rivera Basic Set Registry over on PSA.

Awesome card!

I totally agree. You don't want blue label. Red label is the way to go!!! I personally would even pay a decent premium on a red slab of the same autographed card over blue label
