there are probably a thousand+
especially PreWar cards that had nicknames

ie Hank/Henry Aaron, Napoleon/Larry Lajoie, Hans/Honus/John Peter Wagner, Grover Cleveland/Pete Alexander, Jerome/Dizzy Dean, Jimmy/Jimmie Foxx, etc.

but the cooler ones will have their last names changed

ie the true rookie card of Lefty Grove (1921 Tip Top Bread) has his real last name "Lefty Groves"

or the 2 different rookie cards of Roger Maris (1953 Fargo-Moorhead Twins) both have his real name "Roger Maras"

or the rookie card of Tommy Lasorda (1950 V362 World Wide Gum) has his real name "Tom La Sorda"

then you have the rookie card of Luis Aparicio (1953 Venezuelan League) and it shows his name as "Aparicio Hijo" meaning jr.

etc
