This was a company that took three cards from a 1991 player cards, cut them out, and then arranged them in a "stacked" position that made them look three dimensional. From what I understand, print runs were supposed to be 50,000, but a lawsuit forced them to stop production and pull the product from the shelves. Of course some of these made it into the market, but you don't see a lot of them. Below is what I have checklisted. Any additions or additional information on this issue would be appreciated.

On a related note, the fact that they were slicing and dicing 50,000 cards of various players without any dent in the supply chain should have obviously foretold the baseball card bust of the internet age

I have to admit, i've seen these before many many years ago and I guess I just never realized what they were..Some small shop in KC when we were stationed on Ft.Leaveworth, had a huge stacked of these, opened not in the blister pack and if my memory if correct, some dude walked in and bought the complete stack for like $5..

Only 1 completed and 1 current on ebay. Zip on sportlots or comc, so obviously they fell far short of the 50,000.

Did they get to make any for the other sports listed on the back of the boxes?

The package says laser-cut. I have made a few of these using an X-acto knife. I have the 3 Henderson's listed but there are some differences in the packaging. I think some were available via QVC and some were sold in stores.

The Henderson is the only one I've seen where they use a 1990 card.

Thanks, looks like there are three Cansecos to tie Henderson for the Tri-Card lead. I updated the checklist to add this one, the Clark, and the Mattingly. I think this may be one of those never-ending projects like the Broder cards.

Aside from the ones pictured above, I have a Henderson that has a gold label and comes from a master/completer set in which 300 were made. I also have the COA/checklist with it. I still need that Score version though.

I wonder if they made an entire run of all players or just a select few? Is the gold label on the front or back?

Looks like there is a 1991 Score Ozzie Smith and the first 1992, a 1992 Donruss Juan Gonzalez.
