EBAYS FEEDBACK SYSTEM

They bought the item on July 8th.... why did you wait so long to ship the item? You said it showed delivered on July 18th... 10 days after the purchase. I bet if you shipped by Tuesday... it arrives by Friday... 5 days after he made the purchase and positive feedback would be left. You wait a week or so to ship and it arrives 10 days after he bought the item... he probably got pissed. Im sure he sent an email or 2 and maybe he didnt like how your response or lack of response based on the time frame of your shipping. Now if they waited to pay and still expected the item 2 days after payment...Id say you have a beef. But if they paid right after purchase.... Id side with them... especially since its a low feedback name.

Cant tell you how easy eBay is if you actually ship an item within 1 day... eBay buyers really like to get items 4-5 days after purchase. Funny how that works.

You have over 600 items on eBay.... if you have time to list items... make sure you have the time to ship in a timely manner. Not hard.

Thats nice you feel like that, I feel the same. But ebays rules are ebays rules and when selling you agree to this. The sellers job is to get the item to the buyers promptly and safely, and even though part of it is in USPS hands you are still responsible for that. Now will the buyer get his cash back? I dont think so, but he can leave a negative for any reason if not completely satisfied. But the buyer can just open an item not as described saying he has since got the package but now its empty and believe it or not the feedback would stay and he would be refunded.

You typed quite a lot there, all while not knowing how long the buyer took to pay (unless I missed where the seller noted that payment was received and he then took 8 days to ship). No offense, I'm just pointing that out.

Did you see the stuff I highlighted in blue? It would help to know whne the buyer paid. If they paid by the 10th and he waited 6 days... the buyer has a right to be a little pissed. Did they email? What was his response? Or lack of response? So many questions....

Besides the point on when they initially bought the item. Echecks take time to clear which this was and seller wanted to buy more items. Now look at his feedback, he says both were not received. Now he emails me and stating he received one, so he is a liar, I shipped both together, first states he didn't receive any, now just one. Its a joke.

He says why he left negative FB.
He said it should have gotten to him by the 14 th and it didnt. Looks like he was impatient or you didnt ship promptly.

Actually that is not the case, he says he never got the cards. I should string his entire email conversation on here, then maybe you guys could see the transpiring transaction.

Brauny, I'm taking his words straight from your feedback on eBay. Whether he got it on the 18th or not, he clearly states in the feedback that he expected it by the 14 th. That expectation may be unreasonable but just trying to shed some light to why he neg-bombed you.

What did eBay say when you contacted them with the DC?

I thought buyers had to contact the seller before leaving a neg.

Little off track here, but I was just checking on my lower end Ginter stuff ending and saw I went from 1529 to 1525 for no reason. Not a huge deal at all, but kinda strange.

I think when people get the boot there feedback left goes with them.

You have the buyers address send him some dog poop.

It will go back up I had a negative for a bogus reason, guy didn't pay and I relisted the item (Harper USA relic/auto $300 ending price) then he stated I sent a fake Jordan RC for the transaction. Total BS, eBay did nothing and I'm back to 100% after a few sells.

Funny, now ebay dispute is holding the entire transaction amount, first he lied and said he never got anything, then he emails and says he only received one card, now he files dispute saying he didn't receive anything. Hmmmmm. This is hilarious at my expense.
