FCB Group BGS Submission March 2013 - Post Lists Here

Their customer support is hit or miss. Some of the contacts there will get back to you within an hour, some will just ignore your emails and pretend you don't exist. I would say bigger orders help, but I've been hit or miss with my contacts there on large orders. Thankfully the person I currently work with has been great

I checked this morning on the pop report for my 3 cards (wrote down the number of 9.5's yesterday for each) but it had no change in the number. It could be good (haven't been entered in yet) or bad (did not meet minimum grade)...I guess I'll see later today!

I had no MG on my stuff and it's not in there yet either

Pop report usually doesn't update until a day after the grades are available. If Phil couldn't get the grades yesterday, pop report likely would not have been updated. My guess is it will tomorrow, though.

Not necessarily. I've had cards pop the morning of the day Phil lists the grade. So, I had "head start" on my grades. It's not all the time but it happens a few times during the year. Sometimes cards are graded a few days before the due date and are entered immediately that night no matter when the "pop" date is.

I believe grades are being inputted as I type. I checked my Gold Ref Auto JBJ this morning and nothing new was inputted into system. Just checked now and there is a submission pending for this card.

They are being graded now and sent overnight to me tomorrow so they will be at my house which would be the same time as they would have been has they been invoiced right. In addition we are working out a refund as an make up for each customer that I will detail further later.

Bottom line, You will get cards roughly on time and a refund too.

SO if they're being overnighted tonight, one would think the grades would be available within the next few hours........

My AP BC Red Ref Auto Cert just got in...no grade yet....not that I'm refreshing every 5 minutes

Yea, I would assume they'll email grades to [MENTION=1848]masonphillip[/MENTION] by the end of the day. Though I've seen occurrences where they get shipped out the day before the grades get emailed, though very rarely

I only know the previous pop reports for 3 of my cards of the 45 I subbed, and so far nothing on those 3

Take some solace in the fact that even if your surface graded a 9 then the overall still would have been a 9

How did you get that? If there's a Serial # can we extrapolate that out for the rest of the order?

Check the pop report for your card, and drill into the info for the specific variety - you see the certs for all the cards in chrono order. As long as you don't have multiples graded in a day of that kind, pretty easy to pick out.

Edit: I was working on digging out my cards and Phil had posted everything above. Duh! Happy about a lot of cards. A few 9s and I think just one of the Dom Brown 2008s didn't meet the MG. so... I think I'll take this batch.
