Its really fun when the one house is waiting on you to do the gift exchange, but don't know when you're able to leave the first house. Had that happen today. Thankfully everybody else started leaving so we were able to leave then too.I remember the Christmas day Grandmother's house shuffle. Fun stuff.

My brother, sister and I used to call our younger cousins house a few nights before Christmas pretending to be Santa's elves. We would ask them if they were good kids all year. And what they wanted Santa to bring them. They fell for every year we did it. Great fun.
