Well I tried to fit a 300 ct box into the nonpadded one I have and there is no way it will fit and close. If the padded one has the same dimensions it still won't work, I'd have to ship it in a flat rate box.

That's the wrong envelope.

You can get the box to fit in there the way you have it in the picture. Try pushing it in as far as you can and then sealing over the opening. I've made due with those regular flat rates before when sending in a single box.

Here is what it looks like when I put the box in the envelope:



No way that thing closes regardless of how I turn the box.
