Not a bad start by Newcomb, lot of walks but he limited it to 1 base runner per inning and only gave up a run. K numbers were also a little low (for him) but overall I'd say it was a success.

He's not a prospect, but the ouch award of the night goes to AA Trenton's Lane Adams. He went 0-5 with 5 strikeouts. I know four is the golden sombrero, but what is five? The rotten burrito?

Sounds about right.
Buxton struck out 10 times in his first 15 AB this year.
A lot of great pitching performances tonight. Pivetta, Tate, K.Stewart...looking good!
Dahl is mashing.
