Sadly, no. The bonus round is tallied at the very end of the game and applies to your franchise at it stands at the end of the game.

When your trades go down...EVERYTHING associated with those players are swapped as well (points + HOF status).

Again, the positions involved for each trade are already determined and were 100% randomly generated before the game started. I'm only waiting to announce them until the end of the bench player round to build suspense!

Will it be the same position swap for everyone or is it random for each two guys who are trading? I love the twist by the way, just such a really fun game and appreciate the set-up and running.

Thanks to the magic of Excel, each pair of owners will be trading 3 random players among the 19 available (5 SP, 3 CL, 1 C, 4 INF, 3 OF, 3 Bench).

Glad you like the twist...just a little something extra to add to the "drama". haha

Why not lol.... It'll really mix up the group... For example, I looked at my trading partner and we have dramatically different scores for every position, so it'll come down to whehter one of us makes out well or if it comes to basically a wash lol

Okay, there's really no point in waiting. Now that the bench round has been released, the trading block is up as well. Any questions, just ask!

Sorry wildcat4 - we managed to trade 0 HOFers between the 6 players, but I definitely win in the point totals.

However, that HOF catcher of yours means big a big bonus for you - I am still jealous.

edit:
David Cone is now my 4th and 5th starting pitcher. I liked him so much, I traded wildcat4 for him. I'm going to run him out to the mound on back-to-back days all season, maybe even a double-header or two for good measure. It's what Dusty Baker would do.

This is funny... I was going to ask like what do you do in this situation.

My Trades with gracecollector, who seems to have stopped after SPs. I also did the blank ones myself.

SP4: I give up Bartolo Colon (-450) for Bob Gibson, HOF, (-112), a net gain of +338
CL1: I give up Jose Mesa (-250) for A3 X7, Lee Smith, IP in year 3 (117) x 5 = +585, a net gain of +835
LF: I give up Matt Lawton (516 points) for C5 M2 Greg Vaughn AVG in year 13 (.233) (-42x5) = (-210 pts). Net loss of -726

Net from trade: + 447. Previously at 2376, including 2 player HOF bench bonus, now at 2823.

Thanks to those who scored their trading partner's positions. Even if they haven't participated in the game, you will still trade with them. You just saved me some time by doing it for me. Much obliged.

Don't worry, I will handle all of the trades and bonus scoring. As "owner", you just have to score your players, managers, and ballparks like you've been doing all along.

Well done, everyone!

Well, then take out my bonus. 2323 total without.
