What distinguishes this card from others?

I believe it is the newer card image. Each card has a new image and a rookie card image. The test pieces have 1988 Topps images and the regular issue have 1989 Topps images for the newer card. I could be incorrect though, as that set held nothing for me, so I never paid too close attention to it.

There is a pack available. Looks like only Yanks / Mets Not sure if anything else exists. Some 89' tests were done as well.
