I tried to downsize my junk base cards and ended up sorting them into team lots and selling them for not much beyond the cost of a flat rate priority mailer that fit the quantity i had. Worked pretty well for the most part.
I would trade them for my team as well when I could get a deal that was worth the shipping cost.
