1999 Fleer Tradition Date With Destiny (Not Die Cut or Serial Numbered)?

Has anyone ever seen one of these or does anyone have one?

I was looking on eBay at past sales for the Date With Destiny and noticed these.

Baseball Cardpedia has no mention of these.

There were four of the non-die cut ones sold in January. All by the same seller and none since.

If I remember correctly, I paid less than $20 for my non serial numbered card.

I had a few uncut sheets that I sold about 7-8 years ago. My dad worked for a company that did some printing for Fleer in Philly and he got me some. I should have held onto them but I did some "clearing out the collection" and need space selling.
