I picked up a 300 count lot last week on eBay. I figured with 20 1987 Topps and 1 1987 Fleer, $19.99 delivered was a decent price. When they came today, I decided to flip through them just to see what was in there. Almost no duplication (that's rare), then this...

Looking back, it was in the eBay scans, just a little blurry. It took me 20 years to acquire my first copy. Almost makes up for the CREASED Winning Materials card that came in a plain white envelope today also.

I recently moved to a place back in May and my folks came up from Florida to take pretty much all my collectibles down to Florida to store at their place. I was down there for Christmas and I finally was able to take an updated group photo. Figured it was due as I had not added the 92' I picked up last year. I had it signed through the Orr signing and sadly he put the awful new signature style on it. Hope everyone is doing well. Keep the Mac Hobby going fellas.

And just so some are aware , be wary of the signature you will get from a sit down private signing with Mac. He only does them through Tom Orr. Mark has altered his signature to pretty much a new version of the rushed ballpark some on the certified Topps issues are not the worst but here is what his once gorgeous signature looked like. If you plan on having something Rare or U replaceable, I highly advise you to wait until you get a shot to see Mac in person and request the old Full signature. Just had to get this out.

I have a general question for the Mcgwire collectors on this board. Background first. My mother is a huge A's fan, and loved the Bash Brothers. She is turning 70 this year, 7/4/16 and I would like to get an 8x10 personalized for her by the man who hit 70 homeruns in a season. I already have the photo I want to use, but don't do Twitter or Facebook. Any advice?

You just missed a Private Signing on Feb. 4th. They are done by Tom Orr [email protected]
Other than obtaining one at Spring Training or Dodgers FanFest (which has also passed I think), that is the only way I know.

Why does it totally figure that I would have just missed it. I will give Mr. Orr an e-mail and see what happens. Thank you!
