Weird PSA F/U?

Stumbled upon this. Is this a common occurrence?

Jim Landis '58 *yellow* that clearly isn't.

Well, only 2 options really...


1. Card was mis-labeled.

2. Original YL card was removed and replaced with non YL card.


Either way, anyone can plainly see the label does not match the card. Only option is to crack it out, or resubmit it as a error on the part of PSA and possibly get it replaced correctly for free.

That's what I figured. I was just seeing of it had happened before. I might just send it back, if they do it for free.

Unfortunately, it has and still does happen. I suppose we are all human and make mistakes. Heck, I have even seen modern cards with facsimile auto's slabbed as psa/dna authentic!
