It seems to be becuase of the host company this site uses

The guests are for the most part search engine crawlers and robots. This site is a big spam target. We stop a lot of it.

With virtually zero new content and, as I write this, posts from three days ago still on the front page, one would hope members stay as members and not guests. This is supposed to be the busiest time of year for message boards such as this and yet, it seems the opposite is happening here. Its sad actually.
