Who is the next hobby star?

Since I got back into collecting in 2008 there has been that one player everyone seems to chase and card prices go up who is your pick for 2013?
The big three I think will be either Myers, Profar or Machado.

Example
2008 - Evan Longoria
2009 - Jason Heyward
2010 - Stephen Strasburg
2011 - Bryce Harper
2012 - Mike Trout
2013 - ?
2014 - ?

Hoping the 2014 star is Rendon!! I wouldn't mind making a killing on some of my dupes, although it'd make adding new ones cost-prohibitive

Personally, I think Slade Heathcott is going to make a big splash before he fizzles into obscurity.

Sadly the next star it seems has to be an American, as that's what the media likes

I think Wil Myers, but I hope Jurickson Profar has a huge rookie year to take the sting out of the Rangers trading away Michael Young.

Are you speaking in terms of sets released in 13? Or simply player breakouts? Because if the issue release year doesn't matter I cant think of a better candidate than Javier Baez. Large market, premium position, huge power.

I like this call. For someone to really break out they need something for the media to hype.

If anything I think it will be Trout round two.

Either one should be on a winning team. Which also helps.
