This listing is for what has been consider the definitive Diamond King Recollection Collection. It was featured in Beckett's Super Collector issues back in 2011.
There are over 100 autographed buybacks spanning 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2005 Donruss DLP products as well as buybacks from 2014 Panini products. Some are also autographs from the 2001 Donruss Reprint Anniversary set. I have worked on building this collection for nearly 15 years, and it is time to move on from it.I will include a checklist that I am still currently building in Excel that will feature the numbering of each card.

To show you how rare this level of completion is:

- A handful of the cards are 1/1's. Some of them have higher numbered variants, but some feature no other #'d buyback of that card (see 1991 Dave Stewart)
- Some of them are numbered greater than 1, but are the only copies to show up on the market in the past 15 years of my tracking them
.- They are on-card autos that include players that are now deceased (see Puckett, Snider and a good number of the 2014 Panini buybacks)

Just being able to track them down, individually, and piecing it together would be impossible. I'm giving everyone the chance to own one of the more recognizable subsets in the past 2 decades. All reasonable offers will be considered.

I will also include the domain name transfer if you so desire it!

Not in the market to purchase it (wish I could) but I wanted to let you know how awesome this collection is to an 80s kid who spent his youth growing up busting packs of Donruss. Your website is also extremely well done.

Curious, did this collection ever sell? I remember browsing it before. I have some of the recollections, Garvey mostly, but a few others when the player or card and price all aligned with my needs/budget. Have always liked this type of buyback. I know a collection like that takes a very special buyer or someone willing to change the break-up value to turn a profit. That is mainly why I ask, and because the thread came up in a search I did. I would love to think there is a buyer for my entire Garvey collection (when the time comes), but I suspect there is not.

It didn’t. My wife talked me out of it. I sold pretty much everything else card-wise.
I did break the Bo Jackson out for the resident collector, but I sort of regret it.
