It looks like it sold Buy It Now for that price in the sellers completed auction. Is that a good price or high for that card?

If it sold for that it is beyond a steal. The last one that sold on open auction like 3 years ago brought almost 5k

I lost a rod carew from the set for 870. So the aaron should blow the carew out of the water

Anywhere from $900-$2000. I'll likely be placing a bid though likely not enough. Cards are numbered to jersey number and Carew at 29 is rarer than Aaron. The scarcity plays a big role in pricing as set collectors often have the more common ones but not the rarer ones (same with the APOH 500 club set where the Frank Robinson /20 goes for pretty close to what the Aaron /44 gets).

The short answer is a lot, it's hard to place a number on it because it could vary so much. At the very beginning of the auction my guess was $1,200 - but I'm not sure where it'll end up honestly. Beautiful card
