Morning, guys! Finally Friday!
Any of you ever have an issue with water seeping through the joint of your basement floor and foundation wall when it rains a ton? Happened to me this fall when it rained hard for a few days straight. My house is at the top of a hill, so I never thought I'd have that problem. The black corrugated drain pipe around the outside seemed to have a mice nest in one end. What's the best way to clean/flush that pipe? I'm thinking about getting one of those dryer vent cleaning snakes and running it in as far as I can. Also looking for some sort of product that will seep in and seal the joint at the foundation wall.

Very cool! My son is 10, and we got him a LEGO train set for Christmas. We've built most of it, but there's still some work to do on the 3rd car.
