Just opened a box of 2013 Gypsy Queen that I received from AIC. It was the first box I've busted in years, and it was a lot of fun. I was never a GQ fan but the box has converted me. I like the mix of current and retired players, but I'm not fond of the minis.
Here are the highlights:
The box promised two on-card autos and two relic cards, which it delivered on.
D.J. LeMahieu & Todd Frazier
Adam Jones & Jhonny Peralta
Also pulled a framed blue Chris Davis /499
As well as two black minis /199 and a sepia mini /50
Around the middle of the box was the pack that contained this:
My first ever pack-pulled 1/1!
Of course there's also a lot of other inserts, and I haven't sorted through the base to see if there are any SP's or variations. I just wanted to share the "hits".
