Go to "My Profile" tab near right top corner of main page.
It should take you to your profile page and Mentions should be one of the tab options about 1/2 way down that page....

I went to vbulletin menu them my profile and not finding anything?

You can also access your profile by clicking on your User name and then "view profile"...

Why not just click on notifications at the top of this page right next to your name and choose mentions?

And for the record, if he is on the mobile app for Android you will not be able to see the mention
