28% of this list belongs to 3 teams:

Twins - 5
Pirates - 5
Cubs - 4

And the Cubs are absolutely loaded with prospects, obviously. This list doesn't even include Almora, Soler, Edwards, Johnson and more. I agree with Alcantara's big jump.

Love seeing the Dahl, Alcantara, Bell and Winker jump.

The Franco decline is a bit depressing.

The Gallo ranking is aggressive IMO

The top two omissions from this list, IMO, are Michael Taylor (Nats) and Aaron Sanchez.

Taylor's been having a breakout year, although I'm guessing his K rate excluded him.

Sanchez's stuff is as it's always been, although I assume his control excluded him.

Was also hoping to see Folty make an appearance.

Finally, I was also curious to see where current Major Leaguers (who have yet to graduate from prospect status) would have ranked, such as Taijuan Walker and Mookie Betts.

Love the Jimmy Nelson love. Is Taillon that much better at this point?

I'm surprised DJ Peterson is so low, I'm not asking top 25, but he should definitely be in the mid thirties.

Also a little bit surprised Alex Jackson is not on the list the consensus best bat in this years draft not even making top 50 is surprising.

No 2014 draft picks were included - that was deliberate.
