What are your 2016 hobby goals

- achieve 4,800 (and possibly 4,900) Randy Johnson cards
hit 5,000 instead!
- find 1998 Topps Tek Pattern #39 to complete my set (1 left)
found it, set complete!
- find 2007 Moments & Milestones 12 Complete Games (Dbacks) Pattern #2 to finish & complete all subsets (700+ cards, 1 left)
found it, sets completed!
- find 2014 Topps Finest Greats Autos Superfractor or 2015 Topps Five Star MLB Logoman Auto (need that collection centerpiece still)
found the '14 Finest Superfractor and the '16 Tribute Superfractor!

1) Complete my Brewers all-time roster autograph project for all players appearing before the start of 2016 season (and add those who debut this year as available)

Success! Completed up to 2016. Have a few to add that appeared this year but being somewhat picky so I don't have to upgrade later

2) Complete 2 vintage Milwaukee Braves team sets

Failed. For whatever reason I have a hard time seeing these through to the end. Get distracted easily I guess

3) Complete my '57 Braves roster custom autograph set

Failed. Missed out on a few hard to find sigs that I'm still missing. Still looking for affordable examples

4) Complete '87 Fleer Brewers signed team set

Failed. Missing Mark Clear who is rather elusive

5) Add one new Jeff Cirillo card I don't have

Success! Added 2 or 3 I believe

6) at some point submit some more Dale Sveum cards for grading

Failed. Hard to find larger lots to cherry pick and haven't had a ton of cash to throw out on grading this year. Still a goal going forward

7) Be patient, spend less, don't start any new projects (it's a long shot)

Push. I definitely spent less and even sold some stuff off but somewhat started a new PC lol

Well, I completed #1 and #5 (made it to 668) and continue to plug along on #6 . Also have a 1967 set that I didn't anticipate doing!!!

1. I had my best exhibits year in a long time. I think I added 11 this year.
2. I sold a fair number of things and I am still moving more stuff.
3. Complete
4. I'm only at 40% right now but I'm waiting for prices to drop on Pantheon stuff to add more.

4) One game used item that's either from his MiLB days, or from 2003-04 in the majors
YES: 2003 SAM bat (with an early auto)

5) Move collection from toploaders into binders
NO

Matt Diaz collection: Check off one card (missing 4).
NO (although I did find a card that wasn't on my checklist)

Joey Gomes collection: Check off two cards (missing 4).
NO, not even one

Did about as expected on cards, as those remaining are hard as nails to find. Pleased to get the 2013 card /10 (actually got two of them!). Did better than expected on game used items, getting several jerseys and several bats, including a really nice early SAM bat.

what cards of Sveum are you looking for ? Without me looking I bet I have 150 plus base/ commons .I know I have some Cirillo . 12,000 Brewers cards
