I'm in for at least 1 no matter how it's done. I think the two ways you mentioned are fine but theres also the same way as baseball. 6 hits per x 4 boxes = 24 hit draft. The only problem with that is it'll be pretty expensive and not much of a shot at doing that well(most likely) unless you get 1-3 in the draft. I think the two teams per slot sounds good. I would say a team draft but this stuff comes out Wednesday and it'll take forever towards the bottom of the draft for people to take teams. I don't know!

Division is ok...but I think 24 slots would be better. Definitely more risk than baseball though.
