Awesome list, J.P.! I'm loving that Franco rating! Just curious as to why Luis Garcia (Nationals) was ranked at 70? An 18 year old that hit near .300 across two levels ending the season in High-A is pretty damn impressive! What was the deciding factor for ranking him at the current slot?

Also, I was surprised to see Luis Robert at 45 given his lost season and underwhelming pro debut. Based on his general stats, 0 long balls in 186 AB's is pretty concerning. Just want to get your thoughts on him!

Garcia has slowed down a bit, still needs a bit more power, and may be better suited to 2B instead of SS. But I'm still very high on him.

Robert impressed me with his AFL performance; when he's healthy, he's killing it. Best athlete in their system.

Agreed on Garcia! Can't wait to see if he can crack Harrisburg this year as a 19 year old at some point in the late first half.

I do like Robert, but plenty of evaluators didn't share the same optimism for some reason. I hope you're right. It's been a long time since a Cuban prospect has come off of the island and had legitimate super stardom.

Thanks for posting your list. Did you end up getting stuck in the storm? Are you holding any names from the list? I'll try getting all of my holdings for the listed names and post them when I can. It should be another great season ahead and paying attention the up-and-coming players.

We got about 9", so I had plenty of time to both finish the list and include the HM's.
