08-09 Co-Signers retail and Target retail ?

Just found retail version of these and Topps Treasury yesterday at Target. I pulled a rookie #'d to 2008, but on the bottom of the back it has the disclaimer about Topps certifying all of their autos and that they pledge to bring you closer to the game etc. Are all of the rookies like this even w/out the auto? I know if it was supposed to be an auto it wouldn't be #'d that high probably, but was just wondering. Also, has anybody reading this bought the Target basketball box w/200 cards w/GU included ($15.00/box). If so did you get anything good?

I received one of those 200 plus Gu as a gift, and i was noy impressed with the junk I received. I personally do not recommend them, but I only received one
