1 blaster of Prime Packs from Target

I saw these for the first time yesterday. For $20 it seems like a pretty decent deal. The one I had contained 2 packs of 2003 Flair, 2 packs of 2006 Ovation (1 showing) 1 pack of 2006 UD Artifacts and 1 pack of 2002 Leaf certified (showing)

Out of one of the packs of Flair I got a Mike Piazza insert #/150
One of the packs of Ovation a Mike Jacobs RC #/999

And then this out of Artifacts

And out of the Leaf Certified (one of my favorite products of all time)...

#09/21!!

These things are great, I take it they are new as I've never seen them before. Or if they are all this good they go pretty quickly. Thanks for looking!

What exactly are they? More premium packs put into a box? Or do you have a shot kinda like what was done earlier where you get a bunch of packs with an outside shot at a really high end pack?
