Lets assemble the greatest team ever by voting on who the best overall is at each position. Next up, second base. I'll do the next after we get 50+ votes, then the next and so on.

How is Sandberg not on this list?
Sandberg is better than Joe Morgan!

I think you gotta put Nap at first, but Hornsby and Collins close behind. Nap rivaled Cobb in a lot of categories during their time, he was very close to as good as CObb

Don't get the debate on this one, Hornsby... and it isn't even close.

As much as I would love to give a vote for Gehringer, I have to vote for Hornsby (with Collins not too far behind). Defensively I would vote for my man, Mr. Doerr though. ;)

Hornsby just too damn good with the bat. He led the league in a ridiculous amount of hitting categories when he was playing.

Jackie Robinson? Seriously! Sandberg not on your list is a joke. Anyway, Hornsby everyone else is far behind. Sandberg would be 2nd.

I see at least ten people realize that Morgan was something more than just a Sunday Night Baseball analyst.

I can't see the poll or choices. It's not showing up on my iPhone. Anyone else having that problem?

I do see Sportscartheory's enormous sig though. Seriously man, do you really need all of those quotes and four album covers in your sig? It's really long on my iPhone compared to other sigs.

I'm on a computer. I have no idea what it looks like on an app. I have never had a complaint in all the time I have been here. It's small compared to many others' here.

That's saying something considering the first HOF vote gave Cobb the most votes. If you go back in time, and look at what the current people of the day thought of the players then, Cobb was considered the best. It wasn't until later when the players were retired that Ruth started growing as a legend. Of course Ruth's legend grew with the growth of HR love.
