The card just missed part of the printing process. A Griffey collector or an error card collector might pay extra for it. I don't know if it's common.

Ok thx. I actually found 3 missing it and the one with it. The ones missing I can see the little tm where its supposed to be.

Depending on the year, the team name was in place of a silver or gold signature on the parallels or subset cards. That may be the case here and the one shown looks like gold foil to me.
