A good way to figure this out is to look at Getty Images (see here), AP Images, and YouTube. Frequently you can find multiple photos of the same event from different angles, which often lets you see name plates and/or jersey numbers. It's how I figure out who are the cameo players on some of Gomes's cards.

This photo and this photo, for instance, are pretty close to the one on your card. If you right click on the photos and select "open image in new tab," you'll also see even higher-resolution versions. The easiest ones look to be Eric Bruntlett (second from left; part of his nameplate showing) and Jason Lane (second from right; part of his nameplate showing).

And here's a YouTube clip of the celebration; looks like about 24 seconds is where your photo is from, so you might be able to piece together a few identities from that.
