Quick question about 9.5 grades in general and specifically for 2005 bowman chrome.

I don't find many completed sales on 9.5/10auto graded cards from 2005 bowman chrome and chrome draft. Is this a hard year to grade?

take Matt kemp for example. His auto is 120 so normally I would add 50percent and say the card is worth 180, but I find no examples like that and the only ones listed are for buy it how's at 400?

any help for current multipliers for 9.5 grades in general and specifically 2005 bowman would be appreciated,

thanks
Erich

I have a 2005 Bowman Chrome Draft base auto of Ricky Romero that's 9.5 with 10 auto. Paid about $21 for it back around December 2010. It was a straight up auction.

Don't know if this type of sales info is what you're looking for.

I dont think '05 Bowman was a condition sensitive set, anymore than any other year. I graded numerous 05 BDP Russ Martin cards and did not notice anything different. I think the Kemp cards you use as an example are high because the sellers are not willing to let a GEM go cheap whereas a nrmt raw card is not too coveted anymore.
