My buddy has the following 2 cards:
Here are the serial numbers on the Topps "Authentication Sticker"
4678040
4678042
He sold both cards and the buyer tried to confirm their authentication via Topps. Here is Topps response:

Can anyone tell me if there is a place you can enter the serial numbers on the Topps Authentication sticker to confirm it is legit.
At least 1 (the Xfractor) was pulled from his store in front of him and I and we purchased the card from the customer.
Does the Topps Authentication sticker mean anything? If the buyer is wrong and we are wrong, please educate us.
