Does anyone have any idea what these are selling for? None have been sold in eBay recently. I'm considering going after one someone local has, but not sure of where to start negotiating from without offending seller. Thanks for any assistance, guidance, etc. anyone can provide.

I would guess, if the condition looks alright, around $1,000+? Base chromes $150 ish. An X-fractor got $250.

Condition matters. The one on ebay right now is horribly OC, but one sold in the last few months for $1499 as a BIN, and I paid $1,400 off ebay for a well centered one that is at BGS right now. That being said never start high...if it's in nice condition I would start at $900-$1000.
