Glad you enjoyed it. I have not done a video break in a while, so it was fun to jump back into it. I know I will be doing my Ultimate case on video, probably a few packs of Topps Sterling as well this month

Did you expect to pull 12 autos of these players ONLY: Pujols, Jeter, Ichiro, David Wright, Ripken, Howard, Longoria RC, Bruce RC, Braun.....oh and then Ruth, Gehrig, and Clemente cuts for good measure!

Did you expect to pull 12 autos of these players ONLY: Pujols, Jeter, Ichiro, David Wright, Ripken, Howard, Longoria RC, Bruce RC, Braun.....oh and then Ruth, Gehrig, and Clemente cuts for good measure!

Based on the checklist, there a other players in the Beam Team set who are in fact BETTER then Cano. Plus I have pulled Cano 3 times before, so pulling him again was not a thrill. I knew who I could pull in the set and Cano is not terrible, but could have been a better pull.

Did I say "Well this sucks, Cano blows!"? Nope. Just said it could have been better because it could have. Both personally and from a value stand point.

I agree with you 100%. Whoever put words in your mouth just landed themselves on my ignore list. We don't need more ignorant people on this site.

I honestly thought phxsunsfan had a very great attitude considering what he pulled in a $200+ box...in no way was he "expecting" the top players in the game. Just my IMO...but there is too many collectors that gripe about other peoples breaks, just keep it easy.

Thank you very much guys. I know I do not post here very often, so most of you do not know how I view box breaking. IMO, I am happy to get ONE card that makes me very happy. I do not care if I spend $10 on two packs, or $1200 on a case. I just want to pull a card that makes me happy. I display my better cards on a shelf in my living room, so if I get a card that is shelf-worthy, I consider it a great day. This box, at $260, did NOT give me anything I wanted to put on my shelf. The Cano was nice, but not good enough to go on the shelf.

I will have to take a photo of the shelf so you can see the type of stuff I consider good. Not all of them are high value cards BTW.

wolfmanalfredo - Thank you very much for the offer, but I actually do not really collect anyone. I just love to bust wax and have a lot of different players. My girlfriend on the other hand collects Steve Finley (for some reason, lol), so if you have any of his cards, I would love to buy them from you

I actually have been thinking about it. I avoided it last year, but this year's looks much better with the auto gu/patches. I might wait for it to drop online, especially since Sterling is out in a few weeks

Agreed, UD masterpieces is a great looking set with some decent box value to boot.
