See that's weird. I swear I remember seeing that card on eBay.

"the 2010 Bowman Stephen Strasburg 1/1 Superfractor that sold for $16,403 and $21,403 during it's two stints on eBay."

If the non-auto'd version went for 20k back in 2010, the auto version would have easily pulled in over 40k!

These days I'd be amazed if it fetched 5k (considering the base auto sells for only $30-$45)...first I'd like to see the printed card, not just evidence it was graded.

Pinbreaker I think the guy on CU pulled the "2010 Bowman Chrome" super auto, not the "2010 Bowman with Chrome" super auto that you linked.

This style:

Topps just responded that atleast 3 different auto superfractors variations exist of Strasburg from that year. Now I am totally confused.

That must be a mega tough pill to swallow! I would imagine the redemption card itself could bring in some decent money from a collector.

Here's an idea....

How about we all petition Topps to insert any unredeemed autos from previous years into their corresponding products after the redemption deadlines? I.e. that Strasburg RC super auto would have foynd its way into the 2013 or 2014 Bowman Chrome release, whichever came first after the initial redemption card expired.

The wonderful people at Topps CS could also insert all the autos held back from previous years into future like products in the same fashion. All those 2013 BDP Bryant autos, for example?
