I'll crunch the rest of the #'s in a few minutes but I got the most important # I need I believe.

USA superfractor - 1:1,267,122

1,267,122 / 18 packs per box / 12 boxes per case = 5,866 cases made. In 2010, there were over 11,000 cases made.

The most interesting part is that odds in the superfractor auto do not line up with the USA superfractor auto production if there are 40 autos in the set. However, the math on production is really close if there are only 37 autos. One guy busted 15 cases and pulled zero Hosmer, so we can deduct either there are only 37 autos this year instead of the 40 listed, or 3 were held back as replacements.

Either way, there's only 1 usa superfractor auto, so if the odds are correct there should only be 5,866 cases. If this is accurate, this bodes well for busters.

The guy that posted also only got 3 Harpers, which leads one to believe he is a SP.

He also got ZERO Hosmer autos. Let's not get too hung up on the make up of 1 15 case break two days prior to release. I've busted mass quantities for years and the inconsistencies on those bulk lots would shock you.

I busted 150 cases combined of 07 chrome and 07 bcdp, but haven't opened much since then (shifted to the memorabilia side of things). In 07, I never had swings that bad when opening in bunches. If he wasn't an SP, I believe the average # of Harpers out of 15 cases should have been 5 total (1-2 parallels). While not too far off, better to err on the side of caution with how Topps has been operating recently.

I have had runs of much more than 15 cases completely suck. It's a law of averages. I'd say that 15 cases of hobby just isn't enough to really be considered a useful sample.

What is the USA Superfractor that there is only one of?

The USA base cards are being distributed in sets. He's probably referring to the redemption card for the Superfractor set.

So correct me if I am wrong, but for 2011 BC, you're saying that there will be a redemption for exactly one superfractor set?

Either way, 6000 cases give or take is a huge difference from 2010 when about 11,000 cases were made. Should be a great product with the production #'s low and a great auto group

For the USA subset. Yes. Not the WHOLE set.

It does make a huge difference. I busted 20 cases last year and hit great color in my autos. Hoping that 2011 brings even better results based upon lower production numbers, but we'll see what happens over the next few days. I'm hopeful.

Comparing Prospect auto parallels to previous years,

2010 Bowman Draft: Autographed Chrome Prospect:Ref 1:95, Blue 1:320, Gold 1:990, Orange 1:2065, Red 1:9650, Super 1:44025 Press Plate 1:11,186
2010 Bowman Chrome: Autographed Chrome Prospect:Ref 1:105, Blue 1:352, Gold 1:1,073, Orange 1:2,200, Red 1:10,600, Super 1:48,000 Press Plate 1:12,000
2011 Bowman Chrome: Autographed Chrome Prospect:Ref 1:88, Blue 1:295, Gold 1:915, Orange 1:1,900, Red 1:unknown Super 1:36,000 Press Plate 1:unknown

Usually Bowman Draft is much lower than Bowman Chrome, so for 2011 Bowman Chrome to be lower than last years draft, should mean a cut in production.

Don't mean to beat a dead horse here...but... the USA redemptions are for a FULL set, not a 5-6 card "set" like in Topps Chrome? I think that is what is behind people's questions...

yes a FULL set is what you will get, not 5 or 6 card sets.
