Well, so far I know that there are International Plates in the set.

In the past Topps inserts both Base Card and Chrome Plates, and if a player has an auto they also have an Auto'd Chrome plate.

I would guess that Topps will be inserting all 16 plates.

In fact I will be happy if they do. I like plates, and would love to a few of the 16 of the player I am collecting.

Just amazes me that a single player with an auto will have almost 40 cards in the set (minus inserts!)

I think Dee Gordon has at least 45 cards in the set. That is a nice little collection to work on.

By comparison Strasburg had 332 cards issued last year from all brands, he also had cards issued in previous years like Harper.

If your player happened to be in Topps Moments & Milestones, 38 cards is almost like a vacation! CC had 228 base cards...

Base #/150 - 228 cards
Black #/25 - 228 cards
Blue #/10 - 228 cards
Red #/1 - 228 cards

So that's 912 cards, plus the Press Plates.... an unknown amount of Press Plates.



I have 5 blacks, lost at least 1 on ebay, and know a guy on the bunch who has all 4 Sabathia plates... Which really wasn't hard because there were a lot of plates floating around.
