2013 bowman blue wave pack question

HHey just wondering if anyone has an idea if people have blue wave packs received yet? When I check on ebay there are only blue wave minis available which I assume are different than the pack promotion?

According to Topps, the redeemed 2013 Blue Wave packs start shipping late this week.

I went to the Bowman Prospect site to try to order my 1 pack I have unlocked but it keeps telling my credit card is expired....I even tried 2 different debit cards, neither are expired or even close to expiring. Anybody else getting static when trying to order theirs?

Had the same issue where Topps thinks my not-expired credit card is expired...
