2024 Topps Finest odds question

Question regarding the stated odds of the 2024 Topps Finest product that was just released.

There is an insert set called Oil Spill and the cards are not serial numbered but the listed odds of these cards are 1 in 790 packs. The black refractors are numbered to /10 and the listed odds are 1 in 341 packs. Is it safe to assume based on these two figures that there are only 4 "Oil Spill Refractors" for each player or is there an algorithm I am not considering?

I don’t know that answer, but I love how X-fractor is now “checkerboard”.

The Oil Spills remind me of the Topps Fire Onyx parallels.

Not serial numbered.

Rare.

Easily mistaken for a less rare parallel.

If you are a player collector, I would grab a copy now, particularly if your player is in the Rare subset.
