I'm not really a Humble Pie fan, but I was just reading that many people consider Humble Pie at Fillmore East the greatest live album of all time. It was recorded over 4 concerts on the last two days that the venue was open.
they opened for grand funk at shea stadium and were soooooo good.
steve marriot at the time was only 17 and a young peter frampton who left the group just before" live" came out
