Me too, I bought some cards from him on this site last week and now he wont respond to pms and I'm starting to get worried he took my money and ran.....

Great, so whats are chances of getting our money back? I have never had to file a claim through paypal so I do not know the process. 50/50 or better?

Just did now. Wow, the sad thing is, this type of experience makes me a little more skeptical about who I deal with on this site.

Don't let one (seemingly) bad apple ruin it for you here. I've never had a single problem.

You should always be careful - after all it is the internet. I don't think bad traders are exclusive to this site though - don't let one bad egg ruin it for you.

If Freeman wasnt included in the break as well, I would have traded the slot with you. We all didnt do so well. The cases weren't all that great. Oh well, I guess I just have to hope for the Braves in Andrews DEE #2 break now.

I'm pming gilmore with more info. I felt it was more appropriate that way, as he would probably be the one to ultimately resolve this. But, it's perfectly fine with me for him to post my pm's on this thread. I gave him Carl's Address (from a trade where I actually received something from him, but he was still missing a card from it). I also gave him Carl's phone number (got it through his address).

Good luck guys getting your cards; I gave up on mine, as it was a trade not a sale.

Edit-On a side note, I'm sorry he scammed you guys (well, maybe he's just shippin' slow). I'm lucky. I wanted to buy a few of the cards, as he said if I bought he'd also throw in the card he owes me. I guess I shouldn't have believed that, but we never reached a deal on anything he had for sale.
