Anyone located in, or from, Taiwan that can help with a purchase??

I don't do much collecting anymore and am starting to downsize a little. However, there are 2 cards that I am still actively looking for and would buy.

One of those I found in Taiwan on their auction website (or what appears to be an auction site). Google translate kind of stinks on the page and I can't get any pertinent info.

If there is someone that could assist me in contacting the seller, or perhaps buying the card on my behalf if its only listed for Taiwan sales, i would greatly appreciate the help. Please shoot me a PM and I will pass along the info.

Google translate doesnt do anything on the page, or enough...and i dont understand the characters that i am looking at...so contacting them isnt really an option for me since i dont know what to click on for contacting the seller.
