Are TAXES effecting your collecting?

A few months ago Ebay started adding an extra 8.5% or so on all my purchases as I live in New York...

I don't mind paying the taxes, but my collecting "brain" is used to the price + shipping.

Not enjoying the extra cost, but the only thing certain in life are death and taxes.

It doesn’t change my collecting but I cuss out my phone every time I realize I just paid more because of it. Frustrating for sure.

Taxes are the reason people are leaving in droves from NY.

I'm surprised this state (Massachusetts) hasn't done it yet. They tax everything else. Or call it a user fee.

Connecticut jumped on board, it honestly doesn't bother me. It's only a matter of time before all online shopping is like this, I'm just glad for the time I didn't have to pay it.
