I wouldn't be surprised if they wait until September. He isn't as advanced as Strasburg and their pitching isn't as bad as the Nationals.

I saw him pitch last night. His fastball hit 100, and had off-speed pitches in the low 70's. The Clippers got good wood on the ball, with several hard hit balls right at people or deep flies to the track. The problem seemed to be control more than anything. He frequently overthrew and was way high and/or outside. Also had quite a few in the dirt, not even close. But no doubt, he was dominating at times...

With the Reds at the top of the NL Central there is zero reason to call him up right now. Come Aug/Sept when they are 8 games back maybe.
