Banner needed! Can anyone help?

Heres the deal, I need a banner for the top of my blog, Jorge Says No! and I was wondering if anyone here with some computer skills would be able to do it!

I'm not looking for something too fancy, just have the blog name in the title and perhaps a wacky picture of Jorge Posada...but really, any idea will do. I'm just looking for the best banner!

To whoever does it, thanks in advance, I will be forever grateful (you might have some cards in your future if I really like it)

Do you have a pixel size of the banner (length and width), or approximation in inches?

thanks for the cropping, but I'm looking to eliminate all the white spots or have a colored background if that cannot be possible
