Could someone make me a Smoltz banner using this pic?

It will be somewhat difficult to make a decent looking banner out of that picture. It's cut off on both sides, so it would look odd.

With that said...here is what I did:

I blew the picture up. It was a bit fuzzy and out of focus, so I sharpened it. That made it look funny again, so I applied an artistic effect making it look like a painting. I put a wall behind it, to make it look like a painting on a wall.
