Best sites for a Dynasty league

What are the best sites out there to manage a dynasty league? I'm currently in an 18 team league on ESPN and we manage the minor league portion of the league off site but it is a pain to do. Are there any free sites out there that have a minor league option or have easily customizable roster options?

Deepest rosters I have ever seen, not to mention has a plethora of minor league players available to be added to rosters.

Not an extremely popular website, but it's also not a very known website.

yeah I am in a league for fantrax right now and it is great for this purpose.
