Debating to pick a card, but can't decide which one to go for since price a relative close.. Your thought?

If it's PC I would go blue. If it's something I intend to flip I'd probably pick up the 9.5

Considering all the issues with lines in xfractors finding a 9.5 is actually a rarer 9.5 than other parallels.
