BGS Grading Question

Hi Group-

I am sending in an order of 5 cards to BGS for grading,it seems the sheet has changed since I last did it. Do I have to pay for return shipping in the check that I send them? Is it really 32.00 for the cheapest option? Also, where do I enter where the minimum grade is?
