Bowman Sterling codes not working... anyone else?

Bought a box yesterday, received a Prospects code and an Addison Russell autograph; neither code would work even though they are redeemed on 2 different sites. I have already redeemed 25 of the prospects, so I'm pretty sure I have the process down, as well as having redeemed 40+ cards on Topps.com

Anyone else have issues with these Sterling redemptions? Failed last night and today...

It seems everytime a new product hits the street with some gimmick, it takes them a few days to a week to open up the site.
